Garlic Lovers Pasta Salad Recipe

I LOVE this stuff. It's SO tasty, easy to make, and lasts a long time if you have a big family, or just like to eat a LOT all at once.... *raising both hands*

Garlic Lover's Pasta Salad

1 lb. cooked elbow pasta (or your choice shape)
2/3 c. frozen peas thawed
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in half (more or less as desired)
2/3 c. parmesan cheese shredded
1 drop parsley vitality essential oil

dressing:

1 c. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 drops lemon essential oil
1 drop thyme essential oil
5 cloves garlic, minced (you can do more/less to taste) -- try it with
black garlic!
1 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes
1 drop oregano essential oil

In a large bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Mix together the pasta, peas, cheese, and parsley EO. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor (flavors will blend together).

***Remember what I said about quality and sourcing mattering? Only use pure essential oils, especially in cooking. I personally only trust one company's essential oils for cooking, as they are GRAS (generally regarded as safe) and FDA approved and labeled. If you ever cook with fresh herbs, you already consume essential oils in a smaller quantity from the plant, because that's all essential oils are -- a highly concentrated form of all the constituents of the plant!
